Lodging Facilities: Olympus Lodge can offer up to 17 rooms and currently two two bedroom cabins, depending upon availability, for overnight meetings and retreats. Accommodations are for single or double occupancy with a mixture of king, queen, and two double beds. The cabins are complete with kitchen and have one shared bathroom. One cabin has a queen in each, while the other has a queen in one room and a twin in the second.  All of our front row units (numbers 1 through 12) have internet data ports, and wi-fi is available from the Lodge Room, which also has a Jacuzzi  to relax in. 

Meeting Facilities: Our one meeting room by itself can easily accommodate a class or workshop of 20 people and seated in theater fashion, 30. A screen is available for use and high speed wireless internet access is also available. The doors into this room can be closed for addition privacy when needed or desired.

In addition, our dining facilities can also be used for groups. A sliding door can be closed for additional privacy from the Lodge's common use Lounge and Office area. For groups renting the complete facility, except for public access to the Front Desk through a side door, the entire facility (lounge, restaurant, and meeting room) is available. Using both the meeting room and restaurant area, a group of up to 50 can easily be accommodated.

Our rooms are priced for double occupancy and we encourage those attending a multiple night meeting to bring their spouse. There are a lot of things to do and see in the Estes Valley and our friendly staff can help point out places to go and things to do. A car is pretty much required and car pooling is an good option when visiting the National Park and outlying areas. 

Meals: A variety of meal types are available, or groups can either bring their own food or contract out to a catering service if they wish. Meals and breaks are planned and prepared to accommodate any schedule and can be modified to dietary specifications. Our kitchen area is off limits for guest use, but groups who rent one of the cabins can prepare meals there and carry down to the lodge at meal time if they so desire.

Alcoholic Beverages: Our Restaurant and Lounge area is available for hospitality set-up of alcoholic beverages. It is an inviting space with great views of Longs Peak and surrounding mountains. While we are unable to purchase and sell you beer, liquor, or wine, we will provide a bar keeper (required), necessary glassware, and soft drink accompaniments.  

Pricing: Pricing depends upon the size of the group, the amount of meeting room space needed, type of meals required, and the number of room nights the group will be here. Please call Todd @ (970) 586-8141 ext 23 for information on how we can provide your group a memorable stay and meeting.
Additional Lodging for your group meeting: If your group should need additional lodging beyond what we have available, we can assist in reserving lodging at other area motels. The cost may vary from ours. Note that summer lodging in Estes Park can be very difficult to find at short notice, especially on weekends. By waiting until the last minute to book additional lodging it may be impossible to find this lodging any where in the Estes Valley.
Cancellation Policies: Meeting and group reservations can be canceled  up to three months in advance of arrival. A $10.00 Cancellation Fee applies.  Cancellations made less than three months in advance, but more than 14 days in advance,  of the arrival date will have a $50 per room canceled fee accessed. (Note: This fee, less $10.00 will be returned if we are able to rent the room on the days of the original reservations.) Rooms canceled less than fourteen days in advance of arrival will be charged 50% of the total agreed room charge. This policy is only for nightly stay rooms booked in conjunction with meeting and group reservations. Cancellation policy for the common meeting and group areas will be dependent upon agreed policy at time the contract is entered into.
