Olympus Lodge

Olympus Lodge owners Todd and Becky Wright welcome you to enjoy the relaxing clean mountain air and splendid views of the Estes Valley and surrounding mountains. The Lodge is located a few miles from the Eastern entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park and a short two miles from the village of Estes Park. Many guests take advantage of the nearby Lake Estes Bike and Walking Trail to walk to the village or to make the full 5 mile trek around the lake.

All of the units at Olympus Lodge offer great views and each unit is uniquely decorated and provides a privacy and comfort that can not be found in most motels.

The Lodge welcomes family reunions, professional meetings, classes and workshops, and wedding receptions. The facility can accommodate small to medium groups for both single day and multiple day gatherings.

Some History
Established in 1922, as a summer school teaching extension courses through Colorado State Teacher's College in Greeley, Olympus Lodge opened for guest lodging sometime in the mid 1930's. At that time there were three floors to the main lodge building, but after a fire destroyed the third floor in the early 1940's, it became a two floor structure looking much like it does today. The panoramic view of Longs Peak and surrounding mountains was why the location was originally selected and remains as one of the most popular attractions of Olympus Lodge.
